Product Mixing

We have the capabilities to mix your supplied ingredients or we can help locate and procure the ingredients, offering a more turnkey option. We can mix and blend liquid, lotion and gel solutions. We have several mixing tanks in various sizes, both jacketed and non-jacketed to give us high quality mixing and filling solutions on site at our facility.

Product Filling

We can fill tubes, bottles, jars and packets and have a variety of packaging options. We have form, fill, and seal machines, which can insert a towelette, liquid, powder, and gel into a handy take along 1-use packet. We also fill various containers such as tubes ½ ounce to 8-ounce sizes, bottles 1 ounce to 32 ounce sizes, and jars of various sizes. If you have an idea for a certain type of package, we can also work with you for a custom package. We fill products for several different industries including cosmetic, medical and nutraceutical type products.

Pharmaceutical Testing

We are an FDA and EPA registered facility, and follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and guidelines from the FDA. If your product is a pharmaceutical product or an OTC drug, we can provide the help for your product to become validated to meet the FDA regulations. Some of the services we offer are, cleaning validation, process validation, accelerated aging testing, test method (analytical and micro) validation, and stability testing validation.

Product Packaging

After your product has been filled into a specific container, we can then pack those as well into a secondary package. We offer cartoning, blister packing, shrink-wrapping, clam packs, display boxes, and PDQ displays, just to name a few!

Product Shipping Services

We have an entire team dedicated to our shipping and receiving needs. You will always know where your raw materials and finished goods are, which shipping company is delivering your finished goods, and when it will get there. Your entire order is kept right at our facilities in our climate-controlled warehouse. Wherever you need your product to go, we can get it there!
